Three ways to engage, depending on scope and how long you need support.
Hourly
For scoped diagnostic work, a second opinion on an existing model, or a few days of hands-on troubleshooting. Billed in quarter-hour increments, invoiced monthly.
Fixed project-based
For a defined deliverable — a forecasting model, a dashboard, a proof of concept. Scoped with milestones and a fixed price agreed before work starts.
